In less than three months, the world will ring in the New Year, and we’ll be gearing up for the AHR Expo in Chicago, January 22-24, 2024.

Not only is this one of our favorite shows, it’s the biggest and best event for HVACR professionals looking to see what’s new in HVACR solutions and technologies.

If you haven’t registered yet or aren’t sure it’s worth going, let us encourage you to attend. In fact, here are four good reasons you shouldn’t miss AHR Expo 2024.

  1. It’s the essential event for the HVACR industry.

The AHR Expo has earned a reputation for being the premier event for heating, ventilation, air conditional and refrigeration professionals—for good reason. Co-sponsored by ASHRAE and AHRI, the AHR Expo draws more than 50,000 participants from every segment of the industry, including engineers, OEMs, facility managers, and public utility professionals.

  2. You’ll learn best practices and see what’s trending.

The AHR Education Program features 350+ speakers and 100+ free seminars presented by industry experts on a wide variety of topics, including:

    • The Hitchhiker’s Guide to BACnet
    • Status Update on Refrigeration Classification, Specification, and Recovery Standards
    • Deploying BACnet/SC
    • Damper Application Manuals & Fire/Smoke Damper Updates

Plus, the AHR Expo always does a fantastic job of exploring the top HVAC trends and showcasing new products and technologies via short, 20-minute New Product Theaters.

  3. You’ll connect with peers, educators, experts, and exhibitors.

These days it’s rare to have so many HVACR leaders, experts, and manufacturers gathered in one place. In addition to this unparalleled networking opportunity, you’ll also meet a diverse yet like-minded group of individuals who can offer up their own ideas about the industry and its emerging technologies.

Speaking of emerging technologies … we’ll be exhibiting again this year; so we invite you to join us in the MSA Safety Booth #S6536, where we’ll be answering questions and demonstrating some of industry leading detection and IIoT products, including:

    • FieldServer EZ Gateway
    • Bacharach Multi-Zone Gas Monitor
    • Chillgard® 5000 Refrigerant Leak Monitor
    • Parasense Refrigerant Tracking and Compliance Software
  4. It’ll help you prepare for the future.

This Expo offers lots of inspiration and ideas, as well as plenty of energy and passion for the HVACR industry. So, make the most of it by attending as many free sessions as possible. And don’t just walk the exhibit hall—stop and talk with vendors, ask questions, and garner other people’s thoughts on hot topics like cybersecurity, automation, and decarbonization. Then, when you get back to the office or plant, take your top three to five learnings and put them into action.

Of course, if you need help with any of our gas/refrigerant monitoring or FieldServer solutions, we’re here to provide information and support before, during, and after the show. Just connect with us at the show or email your questions anytime.

Finally, if these 4 reasons weren’t enough to entice you to come to AHR Expo 2024, here are just a few more: great food, insightful conversation, and all the promotional giveaways you can carry.
